Play this game using objects such as racquets, balls, beanbags, etc. Children should only obey the commands preceded by the phrase, "Simon says." Commands may be as simple as "Jump on both feet," "Hold the racquet over your head with two hands," or "Pretend to hit a forehand."

This game may also be played to test children’s knowledge of the parts of the court. Simon should command the children to walk, jog or run to such parts as the singles or doubles sideline, T, service line, center line, net strap, net post, etc.
